About the Project

PURPOSE: Engage and drive upgrade growth with the coveted U.S. Hispanic segment that consumes entertainment in English and Spanish.

THE ECLIPSE SOLUTION: Nexos Latinos is a bilingual content-driven direct marketing tool that connects Marketers to Hispanics in their language of preference, and more importantly in-culture. The direct mail is delivered to households as a high-quality magazine or via email as a digital magazine. Nexos Latinos has original content that speaks to their passions–including movies, music, sports, technology, etc., and exclusive celebrity interviews–while promoting their favorite pay TV programming available in English and Spanish.

The entertainment component provides an organic atmosphere to educate customers on the latest services and features including On Demand, TV Everywhere apps, Home Security, TV, Internet and Phone bundle offers, etc., and has served as proven vehicle to encourage customer acquisition, retention and upgrade; generating a very strong 2.01% response rate and 2-5.7% RGU takes rates.
