About the Project
PURPOSE: Encourage product usage and customer loyalty by providing frequent, timely and relevant interactive and digital marketing touchpoints to current customers about the best content available to watch On Demand each week.
- Cox Communications is one of the largest broadband and entertainment companies in the U.S., servicing approximately 6 million residences and businesses.
- The amount of video content available can be overwhelming and there is a need for content curation to highlight popular and trending programs.
THE ECLIPSE SOLUTION: Eclipse designed, developed and manages Cox’s robust consumer-facing microsite, providing product education and programming highlights. Development included user experience planning and strategy, wireframe and graphic design, responsive mobile-friendly coding and ongoing monthly maintenance. All content approvals and assets are acquired by Eclipse via our strategic network and studio partnerships.
Additionally, Eclipse currently creates e-mail marketing campaigns for Cox’s video product line, resulting in several email communications each month segmented to various customer groups based on criteria including demographics, products subscribed to, and lifestyle psychographics to increase usage and additional revenue per household.
