  • Welcome and onboard new CenturyLink Digital Home Phone customers.
  • Provide educational and benefit-driven messages that motivate new customers to try, use, and love the CenturyLink Communicator dashboard.

THE ECLIPSE SOLUTION: Eclipse strategized to determine the most important and most-used features to include in the onboarding tutorial. Eclipse then created and illustrated a carousel of onboarding tutorial cards that welcome, educate, and motivate the customer to use the full scope of available features with their new service. The experience is fully responsive across PCs, tablets, and smartphones. Because this tutorial is only experienced upon the first login, Eclipse also recommended and created an evergreen “Quick Tips” page that reiterates the key features and how/where to setup and use these features.
